From bespoke table styling, to beautiful, curated moments throughout your celebration, our Styling Package will bring your dream vision and aesthetic to life. Designed for the couple who are well organised and have thoroughly planned their special day, but need assistance with all of the pretty, finer details.

Our team will create a romantic and unforgettable space for both your ceremony and reception, with thoughtful details, from timeless florals, to intricate textures, to soft hints of colour, that epitomise you as a couple. 

Before the day.

  • One hour consultation to discuss your vision and desired aesthetic for your celebration. We will chat about how to bring this to life, alongside your budget.

  • Bespoke design brief and mood board, as well as an itemised list of all the styling elements required to create your dream aesthetic.

  • Sourcing of vendors from our trusted, personal directory, including furniture hire, stationery, and more, with access to exclusive trade discounts.

  • One-hour consultation eight weeks prior to your special day at your chosen venue. This is where we will walk you through the concept and layout of your day, from the ceremony through to the reception. Finally, we will discuss all styling elements and a possible wet weather plan.

  • Curation of an intricate floor plan for your special day which will be finalised and distributed to all styling related vendors, as well as your On-The-Day Coordinator. 

  • Ongoing email and phone communication in the lead up to your special day to answer any questions you might have. 

On the day.

  • Both Kate and Olivia will be onsite to manage and execute the styling setup according to the finalised floor plan, including all elements from table settings, to florals, to furniture, to stationery. This also includes signage, wishing wells and guest books.

  • Assist with repositioning and or repurposing styling elements from ceremony to reception, including florals and decor.

  • Pack down of all styling pieces at the end of your special day or the following day (for an additional cost).
