Partial Planning & Styling

A personalised wedding planning and styling experience for the couple that has figured out some major elements of their special day, but need assistance tying everything together and finessing all of the finer (pretty) details. This package requires you to have secured at least three key suppliers including a venue, catering, photographer or florist.

Our Partial Planning Package includes a bespoke proposal tailored to your aesthetic, helping you develop and bring your vision to life, sourcing the final vendors and the styling details for your special day (both big and small), and managing the creative direction and administration to make sure your day comes together seamlessly.

Before the day.
  • One-hour initial consultation to discuss your vision, aesthetic, ideas and vendors you have secured so far for your special day. We can chat about your budget and from here begin to source the remaining suppliers that best align with your budget and style.

  • Bespoke design brief as a visual guide to every little detail of your wedding - including an itemised list of all of the styling elements we will source to achieve your aesthetic, from florals, to stationery, to decor.

  • Sourcing of vendors from our trusted, personal directory, including photographers, celebrants, florists, hair and makeup artists, and more. Including access to exclusive trade discounts.

  • Ongoing email and phone communication in the lead up to your special day to keep you in the loop, and answer any questions you may have along the way.

  • One-hour consultation eight weeks prior to your special day at your chosen venue. This is where we will go into more detail about how your day will come together - including the flow, layout, review of all of the planning and progress so far, suppliers, timelines and logistics.

  • Attend your rehearsal dinner (if applicable) to finalise our floor plan and run sheet for the day.

On the day.

All-day vendor and styling management from both Kate and Olivia (because two is always better than one), including:

  • Onsite to meet and induct all suppliers.

  • Oversee and manage setup of all elements according to the floor plan.

  • Unpack and set up all styling details, including those provided by the bride and groom (stationery, guestbook, etc).

  • Time management and guest management.

  • Oversee food and beverage service throughout your celebration.

  • Assist with any guest or service queries.

  • Pack down at the end of your special day or the following day (for an additional cost).
